Flight Data Analysts
With the highest ratio of analysts to aircraft in the industry, we provide our customers with an independent and factual view of their flight data, manually validating level 3 events and acting as additional resources to our customers’ safety department. Each of our customers are allocated a dedicated flight data analyst who will be their first point of contact for assistance. All our analysts are available via email, telephone, online support ticket and face-to-face meetings to offer ongoing support for our customers flight data monitoring programme. We also offer training for our customers, which can be done via webinar or on- or off-site visits.
Our IT operations team maintains a smooth and efficient service both externally for our customers and internally for the Flight Data Services team. Our support department offers 24-hour assistance to customers with their set-up and transition, data transfer and system administration. The IT operations department aim to drive improvement of performance alongside the availability of customer facing services.
Research and Development
Our in-house Research and Development team work to advance our software platform and ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction with tasks such as additional customer development work, ad-hoc investigations, statistical reporting and system integration.
In order to provide an enhanced and more focused service to our customers we have designated our Research and Development into the following three key areas:
• Data Scientists
The data science team is responsible for statistical interpretation and to assist customers in better understanding their operational flight data through the use of trend results, charts and graphs. This allows customers to efficiently mitigate the risks within their safety department. They are also available to provide additional support for in-depth and ad-hoc analysis of statistical data.
• Software Developers
Our in-house software development team continuously strives to further enhance our product and service offering, updating services with new features while also testing and maintaining software to improve customer experience. The team is also available for additional requests for ad-hoc development and can help with integration with other reporting tools such as SMS or Flight Operations.
• Flight Data Specialists
At the commencement of your project prior the initial upload of data, our experienced Flight Data Specialists will guide customers through the process required to get them up and running on our service. This starts from arranging the set-up of data transfer procedures through to decoding flight data, setting up and configuring aircraft data frames and making sure that our customers have all the information needed for their Flight Data Analysis programme.
